Mango Lassi , a perfect summer drink to beat this scorching heat and keep your body cool. Well this is my personal recipe in which I've made sure it tastes heavenly along with basic ingredients to keep your body cool. 🧡

1. Two ripe mangoes (alphonso or banganapalli) / you can use frozen
2. Chilled curds 1 Cup
3. Basil seeds or Sabja , 2tsp soaked in water (helps in decreasing body heat)
4. Custard sweetened chilled milk 1cup
5. Sugar if required
6. Condensed milk half cup
7. Dry fruits chopped
8. Dessicated coconut 4 tsp
9. Elaichi/ cardamom powder pinch

Blend all the ingredients except dry fruits and sabja in a blender. Add some dessicated coconut in to the mixture and keep aside some for garnishing. Check the sweetness and add sugar if required. You can add ice cubes too while blending, i would rather prefer refrigerating for some time before serving. Pour in tall glasses and garnish with slivered almonds , raisins , dessicated coconut and sabja seeds. That's it this yummy mango lassi is ready. Enjoy 🧡
